"Wow, I’m seriously impressed! My AC went out last night, and Don from Cassel Air Conditioning & Heating Service showed up today and had it up and running in no time. Fast, friendly, and efficient, exactly what you hope for when you're melting in your own home. On top of that, the pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend Cassel for their top-notch service and professionalism. They’ve definitely earned a spot on my speed dial!"

"My Air Conditioner went out on a Saturday of all times, & in the evening, I usually call Bell Brothers because they installed my air conditioner unit, but they were closed & weren’t going to open until the next day. When I did get ahold of them they weren’t going to be able to look at it until the following day in the afternoon. It was supposed to be to be 98 degrees on Sunday, I have COPD, my granddaughter has problems breathing & we have 2 bulldogs that heat will cause problems for their breathing as well. I called Cassel Air Conditioning on a Sunday morning, the owner Don was going to a funeral that day, but out of the goodness of his heart he made time to check my air conditioner. He fixed it & I was charged such a reasonable price I had to ask him if it was correct! He was so nice, he came over on a Sunday even though he had plans, I can’t say enough good things about this company! If I could give him 6 stars I would. Sorry this review is so long, I just wanted everyone to know how much I appreciated him."

"Our air conditioning went out last night, we have 3 disabled people and two bull dogs in our house. We normally use bell brothers but they couldn’t come out until the next day in the afternoon. We called Cassel, this incredibly compassionate gentleman has a funeral to attend today and still came out and saved the day! He was extremely kind and so informative! Will only be using Cassel for our HVAC needs! There is no wonder they have 5 stars! Highly recommend!! Thank you Cassel!"
