"This review has been a long time coming - Look bottom line, if you need someone for your AC/Heater, Don is your guy! A few years ago when we moved into our new home, we were quoted ridiculous prices by several nearby competitors (i get it, it's business), that immediately wanted to replace stuff. Here's the difference, Don not only is a straight shooter, but will be honest with you about general maintenance, what you need and what you don't need. After his first visit to our property, I have NEVER even considered calling anyone else. This summer alone, our AC went down during the first heat wave and we were not happy. He was able to come see us the very next day. He's done this throughout the years - I can't thank him enough. I know we don't know each other but just trust me, call the guy, he won't let you down."

"We had a great experience with Don. Our compressor stopped working on a Friday night with outside temps of a record breaking 113 degrees or so. I called Cassel after doing research on the internet at about 7 am. He called back a short time later. To my great relief he said he would be able to come out that same day. He showed up, knew exactly what he was doing, and had us back up and running in a jiffy. He also did some adjustments to our thermostat at no charge. Definitely 5 stars."

"My 25 year old air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a 100-112 degree heat wave. Downstairs was 86 degrees. Upstairs was 90 degrees. It was miserable! Called multiple local companies and nobody could come right away until I called Cassel Air_Conditioning. Don came out right away and got me up and running. What a blessing he was! This man has integrity, loads of experience, professionalism, and compassion. I told him I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone! Just found my new a/c repair guy._Thanks a million Don! You're a lifesaver!!!"

"Based on my experience I would recommend Don Cassel hvac technician as a good man with high integrity. Don replaced my burned out contactor, but shortly after Don left the new contactor was sparking and burned out also so it was a bad compressor that was causing the problems which means the whole hvac unit needed to be replaced with a new hvac unit. Since the new contactor didn't help the situation Don graciously offered a refund of the money I paid him for the contactor which demonstrates Don is a good man of high moral character."
