"Excellent service!! Our AC went out on us over night and after contacting several major big names who didn't seem to make us a priority, I stumbled across Cassel Air Conditioning and boy am I glad I did! Donald the owner, was the one who took my call. I was very concerned that given I was calling on a Saturday morning and needed service same day, that I was going to get the answer every other company gave me of not until next week. Donald was so kind and told me not a problem that his son DJ would be out that afternoon to help. DJ was very personable, professional and fixed our issue in under an hour! He explained clearly what he did to resolve the issue and even gave us some heads up on things we can continue to keep an eye on. Great company, excellent customer service and I will be sure to recommend them to anyone I can. Oh and not to mention the price was very reasonable!! Thank you guys so much!"

prof."My experience with Donald Cassel was remarkably good. When my air conditioner wasn’t cooling my house yesterday on a very hot day here during a heat wave [103+]I made a series of calls. First to the firm from which I had purchased two expensive units over the course of some 20 years & had a currently paid maintenance agreement for annual service. Although I explained that due to a heart condition & my elderly years I was very concerned as within a few hours my house temperature had reached 90 degrees & already I was not feeling well. Despite this I was told that their first appointment would be five days away, obviously an intolerable & dangerous circumstance for me. I next called the local utility company, SMUD, which gave me a list of three local firms for assistance. Happily, for me, after checking this web site, I called Cassel Air Conditioning at 5 pm, Mr. Cassel agreed to check out my 12 year old Trane unit. He arrived by 6pm and within the hour, cool air was again circulating & my anxiety & discomfort began to subside.Mr. Cassel was professional, personable & helpful, he explained to me the problem with the unit, a failed capacitor, possibly due to an improperly installed wrong model, “jury rigged” with tape. He showed me the correct “dual” model capacitor newly installed & left me the old parts which he’d replaced.Donald Cassel will definitely be my home air & heating specialist for the future. I am especially grateful for his humane standards: he helps people in need. "
