"I called Cassel Air C & H because it was rated 5 stars on Home Advisor. The reviews were very helped and true. Don was great! He came over right away, accessed the problem, and quoted a very reasonable price. When he was done, I inspected it and it was such a clean and well done job. Don was professional and very nice. I could tell that Don was experienced in his field and knew exactly what was going on. I highly recommend Don."

"After meeting with several HVAC companies, we decided upon Cassel. We needed a new heating & air system and Don brought an impressive background of experience and integrity to the table. He gave us honest, straight forward answers to our questions and installed the whole system in one day. Don and his crew were careful and efficient, even explained the whole process to me as they performed the task. "Excellent service!! Our AC went out on us over night and after contacting several major big names who didn't seem to make us a priority, I stumbled across Cassel Air Conditioning and boy am I glad I did! Donald the owner, was the one who took my call. I was very concerned that given I was calling on a Saturday morning and needed service same day, that I was going to get the answer every other company gave me of not until next week. Donald was so kind and told me not a problem that his son DJ would be out that afternoon to help. DJ was very personable, professional and fixed our issue in under an hour! He explained clearly what he did to resolve the issue and even gave us some heads up on things we can continue to keep an eye on. Great company, excellent customer service and I will be sure to recommend them to anyone I can. Oh and not to mention the price was very reasonable!! Thank you guys so much!"

"Nothing would turn on. Couldn’t get the air, heat or fan to turn on. Don came out and fixed it right away by replacing a few parts. Professional, fast and friendly. Thanks Don!"
