"Don just gets it done!!!! ❤️ It's been weeks dealing with other companies. Don did more in six hours than what two big box companies couldn't achieve over 6 weeks. Thank you!!!!__I had previously tried two big box hvac companies to to come out and fix a heater on one property and air conditioner on another property. To keep this story short. For each property they each made it a hassle scheduling for a quote with myself and tenants then try to sell you something in addition to the problem and then take weeks to coordinate another time which they may or may not show up which both companies rescheduled after all the hassle of coordination. I got frustrated and thank God I came by Don Castle's number."

"On the hottest day in recent history, Don came to our rescue! I came home early from my office due to the excessive heat only to find out that my A/C at home wasn't working. I did a quick Google search and found Don. Spent a few minutes reading reviews and called thinking he would be much too busy and I would have to call several repair companies. Don not only picked up right away but was kind and courteous and honest. Due to the location of our HVAC system, he asked if he could come a little later. The fact that he could come that day was enough for me so I agreed. He arrived promptly at the time he gave me and was very efficient with locating the issue and making the repair. Within the hour, my house had cooled down completely and my kids and dogs were super happy! He offered a very fair price and we were happy to pay it. We will be calling again when our system from 1994 has another issue! Thank you, Don, for providing such a great service!"

"My partner and I are new to Fair Oaks. We had only been living in our new home for about a month when our AC stopped working account of the triple-digit week-long heat wave. I attempted to fix it myself with the limited knowledge I have of AC condenser units. Being supporters of local businesses, we called Cassel, initially asking for parts. Don informed me that he doesn't sell parts, but there was a semi-local store where I could find what I was looking for. After replacing those parts, the unit still wasn't working, so I called Don back for a professional repair. After troubleshooting to find the root of the problem, Don was able to track down the part we needed within a couple hours. He came back during the peak heat of the day and got our AC up and running again. These were extreme temperatures, extreme circumstances, limited parts availability, and Don still made sure we had a working unit by the end of the day.
