"Donald was friendly, informative, and was able to diagnose and fix the issue with our AC unit quickly. He charged for his excellent work, but advised me on other areas to improve my HVAC system for free, even going so far as to send me links to products I could purchase, at no direct benefit to him. THAT is someone who cares about their customers, folks. Call him first before anyone else."
