He also took the time to describe the problem and helped with ideas on better cooling and heating options. "Our heating went out and I had some over to look at it. They said they fixed it but it only worked for about a day. We had been without heat for two weeks at this point. I called Cassel Air conditioning and Heating Service and they fixed it the right way. Turns out we needed a new system. These guys were so awesome to work with. They installed my system without any problems. They were very nice and the best part is that they cleaned up after themselves.
