"Highly recommend!! We loved Don and his guys. Our AC was old and was having issues. We got it fixed and got an estimate from another company but we should have called Don from the beginning. Only if we had known earlier. I knew as we had our first consultation that he was trustworthy and honest. It’s hard to find people like him nowadays. He’s genuine and really looks out for your best interest instead of what’s best for his business or trying to make money off of you. He just feels like family and is such a sweet, nice person. Their service was fast and immaculate. They got our AC replaced in two days and even got our whole house fan working. Amazing work and even better staff."

"Donald came out and inspected my system and let me know what was wrong with it. I decided I would fix it myself since it was not too complicated. I aksed Donald where I could send him payment for his time to inspect my system. He told me not to worry about it. He then called me to talk me through the repair to give me some tips on how to do it!"

"Don came out, did an inspection of all the components and gave a proposal that was extremely fai compared to others I received. Showed up to do the job and got it done impressively fast and clean. I went under the house myself to see the quality of the work and was impressed. Don came back a few days later after the capacitor went out and replaced it for no charge. I highly recommend Don Cassell without hesitation."
