"Don Cassel installed our system 29 years ago, and since we were pleased with his work then, we chose his company for one of our estimates this time. We were able to compare apples to apples by carefully taking notes with each bid.
Don was the only one who mentioned creating a larger intake vent for the system to improve efficiency and decrease noise. His bid was also substantially lower then the larger companies.

"On Friday about 5pm i returned from the hospital after a 4 day stay. Found AC had gone out & house at 90 degrees. Called Don & he was out within 20 min & got AC Working. What a life saver. I was in no condition physically or mentally just out of hospital to deal with this. Don saved the day."
