"Don has been helping us with our 20 year old HVAC unit since we moved to Fair Oaks a few years ago. He was always extremely helpful and quick to respond. When our unit finally died this past month we knew we could only trust Don to install our replacement! He provided a competitive quote, his team came in and installed a new Trane unit, whole house fan, and attic fan in 3 days. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, timely and the overall quality of the experience is outstanding. We got several other quotes from different vendors and his was the best- no gimmicks or upselling, just extremely honest and knowledgeable. "Our A/C went out on Friday night. I tried to tough it out til Monday so that I could call my regular A/C company.
Anyway, I had enough by Sunday afternoon and called Don on a whim. He came out within the hour and had my old beat up unit back up and running in minutes. I only wish I would've called him right away. Great service, great pricing. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended."
