"I would give Don Cassel 10 stars out of five if I could. He is the most responsive service person I have ever dealt with. Even during the hottest part of the summer (which has to be his busiest time) he can make same day or next day appointments and he shows up when he says he will. He assessed our issue with our system after another company did a shoddy job with it and made recommendations on how to get the other company to fix it. We decided to replace the unit with a new one and Don got quotes quickly - even after the supplier gave him some bad info he got more options ready and had the system put in by the next day. This thing blows so cold we are using blankets! I will now always recommend Mr. Cassel to anyone that needs HVAC service."
