"I have not had heat for 3 years. I decided I just couldn't do it another winter and was ready to give an arm and a leg. I called this company and Don was out the next day! I had tried to fix it myself and had the tubing crossed! Don could have taken me to the cleaners but he did not! He is caring, honest, reliable and very knowledgeable about what he does. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to my family and friends! Thanks again Don! I am one warm, contented lady!"

"I recently used the services of Don Cassel of Cassel Air Conditioning & Heating Services on the recommendation of my home inspector. I have two Goodman forced air heating systems for the front and back of my home - both furnaces were blowing cold air and our house was as cold as a walk-in refrigerator. One phone call & Don was here within the hour. He diagnosed the cause(s) quickly, called his supplier to order the parts needed, drove to get the parts & was back within the hour to install them. Don is an experienced HVAC technician and took the time to clearly explain to me the probable cause and solution. Thanks to Don, my home is warm again at a very reasonable cost!"

"Okay so I am not a trusting person when it comes to mechanics or technicians telling me when things break so when my AC unit stopped working I was like great who in this phone book is gonna really just tell me the truth not try and sell me a load of crap but just fix the problem! So I chose Cassell an independent business owner and I'm glad I did. I was really impressed with the guy. He came out in a few hours from my call and diagnosed the problem quick. He told me the price of the part and even showed me if I wanted to repair it myself. He gave me his estimate for the repair which I thought was true and fair! I'm not looking to find the cheapest guy out there! He was quick knowledgeable and honest! I would use him again!"

"Cassel Air Conditioning and Heating is great. They've helped me out twice now. Both times I called on a hot day when my AC stopped working, and they were here within a few hours. Other companies I called were several days, up to 2 weeks out! I can't live that long without AC! I highly recommend Cassel!"
