"Don Cassel installed our A/C Heating system in 2006. Eleven years later the capacitor went out on a week of 108 degree days. Even though he was scheduled 5 AM to 9 PM all week, he made time to stop by within 24 hrs since he values customer loyalty. Thank you, Don!"

"highly recommend Cassel Heating and Air. Great customer service, knowledgeable, friendly and does an awesome Job! Don came out the same day to look at our Hvac explained the issue and options. We decided to purchase a new Hvac within two business days we have a new Hvac installed and working wonderfully ! "

Fixed my AC, got here fast
"Called in the morning around 9:30am to our AC unit not working properly, he was here by 11:30am and fixed our AC unit by 12:15pm. I would highly recommend Don and Cassel Heating and Air!"

"Ï am very impressed with our new Heating and air system. Don made suggestions on how to improve the system configuration based on our needs. He was puntual and informative throughout the installation. He even added a new attractive attic access so Ï can get up there now. Very quality workmanship. All in all, a great experience!"

"One phone call & Don was here within the hour. He diagnosed the cause(s) quickly, called his supplier to order the parts needed, drove to get the parts & was back within the hour to install them. Don is an experienced HVAC technician and took the time to clearly explain to me the probable cause and solution. Thanks to Don, my home is warm again at a very reasonable cost!"
