"Excellent service!! Our AC went out on us over night and after contacting several major big names who didn't seem to make us a priority, I stumbled across Cassel Air Conditioning and boy am I glad I did!
Donald the owner, was the one who took my call. I was very concerned that given I was calling on a Saturday morning and needed service same day, that I was going to get the answer every other company gave me of not until next week. Donald was so kind and told me not a problem that his son DJ would be out that afternoon to help.
DJ was very personable, professional and fixed our issue in under an hour! He explained clearly what he did to resolve the issue and even gave us some heads up on things we can continue to keep an eye on. Great company, excellent customer service and I will be sure to recommend them to anyone I can. Oh and not to mention the price was very reasonable!!

"Nothing would turn on. Couldn’t get the air, heat or fan to turn on. Don came out and fixed it right away by replacing a few parts. Professional, fast and friendly. Thanks Don!"

"Company came out and misdiagnosed my outside unit. though they didn't fix my unit I was pleasantly surprised by the apology and refund of the service call. Mistakes do happen"

"We had HVAC to be replaced in our rental property this week and I ha posted a message on Yelp. Among several responses, I felt at home with Don. He was always very patient in explaining everything, and answering several questions - I had several because it was a HUGE cost and we're dealing with our investment property. In addition to being technically/responsively pleasing, his quote also turned out to be most competitive. Of course after amassing/carefully reviewing a FEW quotes, I finally gave the work to him. He confirmed the work start the very NEXT day! 5 *s deserve to go right there, but read more - you'll give 5 more yourself.
Remember this is a rental property? We wanted to divide costs and only repair those items in need of immediate attention. There're bazillion components in HVAC, that have different reliabilities (some last 10yrs, some 20, some 40). AFTER we spoke for Don, we did a recalculation, and got yet another quote and it became clear only then perhaps the whole system repair is not optimal. We had to think quite a bit how to convey this difficult message to Don, but did it. Not only did he receive it very graciously, but also softly rejected any compensation we offered (I can imagine how bad it feels if someone promises me a promotion but never gives it!) - least we could do. He said keep Don in loop for any future HVAC stuff and we sure will!
In one sentence, he's one of the very few technicians I've seen anywhere who is very technical, patient, NOT pushy, highly ethical and soft spoke, all at the same time."

"I am a property manager and had an air conditioner go out in a rental property, of course when the temperature was 110+!. Don was actually able to get out to the property within about an hour of the first phone call to him. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes!! Needless to say, I am super happy as is the tenant! The cost was super reasonable as well. I will be using only Cassel Air Conditioning and Heating from now on! Thank you Don!!"
