"My air conditioner decided to give out on me today and with this heat wave, it was about 84 degrees inside my house and having lots of people in the house made it feel even hotter. I searched around trying to find some place to fix my AC but they all told me I’d have to wait until tomorrow. I’m so glad I kept searching and found Cassel Air Conditioning & Heating Service. I had a great experience and was able to get it fixed asap. They were super flexible with their time and explained things super clearly."

"This review has been a long time coming - Look bottom line, if you need someone for your AC/Heater, Don is your guy! A few years ago when we moved into our new home, we were quoted ridiculous prices by several nearby competitors (i get it, it's business), that immediately wanted to replace stuff. Here's the difference, Don not only is a straight shooter, but will be honest with you about general maintenance, what you need and what you don't need. After his first visit to our property, I have NEVER even considered calling anyone else. This summer alone, our AC went down during the first heat wave and we were not happy. He was able to come see us the very next day. He's done this throughout the years - I can't thank him enough. I know we don't know each other but just trust me, call the guy, he won't let you down."
