"We had a great experience with Don. Our compressor stopped working on a Friday night with outside temps of a record breaking 113 degrees or so. I called Cassel after doing research on the internet at about 7 am. He called back a short time later. To my great relief he said he would be able to come out that same day. He showed up, knew exactly what he was doing, and had us back up and running in a jiffy. He also did some adjustments to our thermostat at no charge. Definitely 5 stars."

"My 25 year old air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a 100-112 degree heat wave. Downstairs was 86 degrees. Upstairs was 90 degrees. It was miserable! Called multiple local companies and nobody could come right away until I called Cassel Air_Conditioning. Don came out right away and got me up and running. What a blessing he was! This man has integrity, loads of experience, professionalism, and compassion. I told him I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone! Just found my new a/c repair guy._Thanks a million Don! You're a lifesaver!!!"

"Based on my experience I would recommend Don Cassel hvac technician as a good man with high integrity. Don replaced my burned out contactor, but shortly after Don left the new contactor was sparking and burned out also so it was a bad compressor that was causing the problems which means the whole hvac unit needed to be replaced with a new hvac unit. Since the new contactor didn't help the situation Don graciously offered a refund of the money I paid him for the contactor which demonstrates Don is a good man of high moral character."

"Don Cassel I can not say enough how happy we were that you fit us in on the most hottest day of the year when our AC went out. It was an urgent matter due to my moms health and we had called everyone all the big named companies and no one could help. Its not easy to move my mom due to her medical equipment and pets but you saved the day. I can not express enough how how happy we are and you're work was great very quick. Thank you very much we will definitely be referring you to everyone we know."

"It was 114 degrees and our A/C stopped working. This was a Saturday and my family slept horribly, drenched in sweat and miserable all night. I knew I needed help fast, but the following day being Sunday, I worried we were in for another bad night.
I was able to get a hold of Don at 730 in the morning and he was at our house a few hours later. He found the immediate issue, and noted an issue in the making. Since he saved us from another night of misery, I will be having Don fix the soon to be problem and any future needs I have with HVAC.
I’ve used the highly advertised companies in the past, but those experiences weren’t great. Don seemed like a decent and genuine person, and he made our AC work again during the 2024 heatwave. I will be happy to do business with Cassel again!"
