"Don was everything he was tenty years ago. I got back from the tour de France it was hundred degrees at 1 am it was miserable. I came home to house that you could not sleep in. I don't know how I got Don's number but I called him at 5 in the morning thank God he fixed what was wrong. We both got on with our lives. But tenty years later I called him again. Same super person. This is a good man. This time I had really big problem. It took all day , and I'm so happy I kept he's number. Thanks Don"

"On 3/18/24, I had Cassel heating and air replace my HVAC unit. The price for the system and equipment was very reasonable compared to other companies. Don the owner was very knowledgeable about the system and explained the operations. He replaced my old system with a two stage Trane heater and AC. I highly recommend Cassel Heating & Air."

"We hired Don to replace our ductwork and add a new air intake. From the get go, he was really responsive. Don is really knowledgeable and during his visit he was able to identify several deficiencies. It feels like we have a whole new system! Our home is much more comfortable with the heating on these past weeks. Our furnace doesn’t have to run as long to meet the set temperature. It will be interesting to see if it translates to cheaper heating bills. Don’s rates are really reasonable and were actually less than competitors despite having an expanded scope."

"Mr. Cassel is a very knowledgeable professional and knew exactly what the problem was with our system. He had the parts needed for the repair and had our home cooling again in less than an hour. I would highly recommend him to anyone for their heating and air needs."
