"On one of our hottest days, my AC which is about 20 yrs old broke down. This was on a Sunday and I called many HVAC companies to get a repair ASAP. The only company that could help me was Cassel Air conditioning and heating service. Don was on time and diagnosed the problem in minutes. He had the required parts on board his truck. He is very knowledgeable in HVAC systems and I plan on using his services when I replace my HVAC."

"I called Don to ask him about my AC Unit and helped me troubleshoot it over the phone. It took 5 minutes and I didn't have to call anyone to come out. Other companies immediately told me "we don't do that," and wanted to end the call immediately. Don's customer services is at another level. Highly recommend."

"I was so pleased with the service we received from Don Cassel. I first called him on a Sunday and he came out on a 109 degree day. We did need a new unit because ours was 20 years old. He got everything in less than a week. He was on time, professional and did a much improved install compared to our previous system. There were no surprises and the cost was exactly what he quoted us even though he had to do some extra repair work. I highly recommend Cassel Air for honest, timely, neat and professional service!!"
